Standard polyacrylamide gels used for SDS-PAGE have limitations in resolving proteins above 500 kDa. I think you should consider using agarose gel instead of polyacrylamide gel because agarose gel has a larger pore size, allowing for better separation of high molecular weight proteins like yours. I am unaware of any commercially available protein ladders that reach the high molecular weight range of 700 kDa. Alternative techniques like Native PAGE or immunoprecipitation followed by western blotting might be better suited for studying a 700 kDa protein.
