Part of my research deals with developing psychological questionnaires for use in research. Over the years, copyright issues seem to outweigh the eagerness of researchers to have their questionnaires used by others and thus tested and developed. I find that gaining access and permission has become increasingly difficult, as non-scientific interests compete. This development seems to obstruct open scientific work. In this case I have written numerous emails but not received any response. I would welcome comments, thoughts, as well as practical help.
