you are right; the mol weight or molar mass of your compound is the sum of all atomic weights Ai in your compound:
in your case of TiO2-ZnO (=TiZnO3) you have: mol weight = 1*ATi +1*AZn +3*AO = 161.25g/mol
The mol weight of a compound does not depend on the dilution.
The dilutions or concentrations of a compound are described by the molarity, i.e. the number of moles (of a compound) diluted or dispersed per volume of the resulting solution (e.g. in 1 liter); that volume includes the solvent and the compound. The unit of the molarity is [mol/L] = [M].
