Respected Madam, I require the material plate of Al/SiCp. Is it available anywhere ?
I know that but as it requires proper set up and accuracy, my research guide refused to prepare it own and ask for better to collect if it avails or prepares anywhere. I have got confirmation from one researcher about it. but it's too costly. I have tried for Automobile brake rotor parts from volkswagen, nissan, Audi made from Al-SiC. but, it also difficult to avail. That's why I am in search for it from any students or researchers. If you know about the availability of any AMMC with changed composition too any resource then kindly inform me.

I no more have stock for the Al-based MMCs. However, it is possible to get any aluminium based MMCs fabricated from any renowned institute (IITs, IISc, NIT, etc) or tool room or CSIR laboratories in India (if you are working in the country). For that one may check profile of researchers working in fabrication of above mentioned composites.

its difficult to get these materials from R&D labs.
its better to prepare this materials by friction stir processing .the powder materials are available in the market.
AMMC with changed composition depends on the % compositions of particles adding( Al+5%SiCp,Al+10%SiCp,Al+15%SiCp,Al+20%SiCp.....)
Resulting in Increasing in hardness and wear properties
