I am unable to find data sets with all positive values from UCI. Values can be fraction but not negative.

i didn't understand your question,
you wnat datasets with number of attributs more than 10000 or number of instances??
what do you mean by positive values ?
- Is it about the attributs values (you want datasets having attributs with only positive value ? ), or,
- you mean, by positives values, may be positive instances. That is, datasets that have only one classe instances.

I require datasets number of instances(ROWS) more then 10K. Further positive values means positive values of attributes.
