It's probably one of those predatory companies. The only thing you could to is to reply with a single word - Unsubscribe, otherwise they will continue to send more notices (personal experience). Secondly, you probably have a lot more similar ones in spam folder. Thirdly, this could also mean that in future you might receive more similar unrelated invites since your address is now in their registry.

These may be "predatory" conferences that send spam to try to increase the number of speakers (who have to pay to participate, but only find out later). Unfortunately, there is not much to do. And answering them by asking them to remove you from their list has no impact whatsoever (according to my own experience). It is best to ignore such messages.
