I've already checked solubility of sodium chloride (NaCl) in water(20℃).
According to the solubility data, 359 grams of sodium chloride should be dissolved in 1 L water.
so I put 245.2 grams of sodium chloride into 1 L water and let the mixture into the ultrasonic cleanser and shaking plate for minutes, but It doesn't dissolve well. I can even see that the powder is deposited.
I want to make a sodium chloride solution with a concentration of 245.3g/L.
Can you tell me what the problem is?

This article does not share the same solubility that you start of sharing. What water are you using? I assume you are not using tap water that might be hardwater with a high mineral content. Make sure the quality is good for the water. The reference I cite suggests you should be able to get about 26% by weight so yes you should be able to get 245.3g/L. As you did shake and use ultra sonics... Try warm water and a magnetic stir rod and you are getting on the high end of that solubility but you should be able to do about 25%. One other detail I recall. Add the NaCl a bit at a time; do not try and get it all added at once. If you add it all at once that can be an issue. And again, DI water and not tap. Not saying you were but if you were DI water.

Please note that sodium chloride solution with a concentration of 245.3 g/L is not to be obtained by dissolving 245.2 g of sodium chloride into 1 L of water ― as mentioned in this query enunciate.
Instead, 245.30 g of NaCl (weighted in analytical balance) should be dissolved in somewhat less water, in a volumetric 1L flask, after that filled up to 1.000 L of solution.
Please check for suitable purity grade of sodium chloride and dissolve the salt in pure water (deionized or distilled) to avoid insoluble impurities. Neither sea salt nor table salt are pure sodium chloride.
John Reye I used Distilled water and I also did stir for a minutes. but I put 245.3 g Sodium Chloride into the d.i. water at once. Looking back, maybe putting NaCl in all at once was a problem.. Thanks a lot for sharing your wisdom!
