I have a similar problem, the journal says at its main portal that it is indexed in Scopus. But I don't find it on the Scopus list. I have written many emails to them, they always ignoring me!
Scopus is a service by Elsevier if I'm correct, not Google. Google scholar uses its own indexing of some university library catalogs, Researchgate etc. Scopus is a citation-index, not a repository for full text searches.
It will however pop up when people use Turnitin and someone plagiarized your paper.
There are some journals that are indexed by SCOPUS that do not appear on Google Scholar. Google Scholar requires journals to follow some specific guidelines that can help them in scrawling the pages of the journal. If the journal doesn't follow those guidelines it won't appear on Google Scholar.
I published my paper on Scopus indexed journal but I can't access my paper on google search and even I can't get the journal name on Scopus indexed journal. If any one knows about the journal of xidian university weather Scopus indexed or not please give comments.
The thing is: the “Journal of Xidian University” you mentioned is (another) sad example of a hijacked journal. The genuine journal is (or use to be) a subscription-based journal in Chinese language only.
According to https://beallslist.net/hijacked-journals/ the real one is http://journal.xidian.edu.cn/xdxb/EN/1001-2400/home.shtml (is nowadays used in Scopus) and the fake one is http://xadzkjdx.cn/
The site http://xadzkjdx.cn/ includes numerous red flags:
-The currency mentioned especially for Indian authors is strange for a journal that claims to be international the whole scam is clearly an attempt to mislead Indian researchers.
- For a long time, Scopus mentioned the wrong homepage (of the fake journal), this is recently corrected
As said, there is a site for known examples of hijacked journals:
https://beallslist.net/hijacked-journals/
I started a question/discussion with other (new) examples of this:

first to do you may need to check if the journal Scopus or not from https://www.scopus.com/sources. Then, if that you need to click on the journal link to see some important information highlighted at the beginning of the page to say if the journal is still active or not. If it is still active during your publication period, at that time you may need to visit the journal website to check if there is an embargo period, in case it is subscribed access. Otherwise, it's in the production proceeding which needs several months before it uploaded on the scholar engine in case it's google scholar indexing which you can check it also from journal index.
@ Hayder Abbas Drebee before publication, please be sure you are sending your paper in the original scopus listed journal. A group of people are promoting many clone sites where they are using the same Logo and ISSN of the original scopus indexed journals.
