  • I am working on organic-inorganic perovskite solar cell. Our project is (CN2H5)SnI3 or FASnI3. We observed our photo-conversion efficiency was increasing during time. This type of perovskite is sensitive to oxidation then we can not test same film, but I made films in one day same solution and condition and keep them with encapsulation and packaged them in N2. In this work we add small amount of bigger organic cations. we observed against other reports and our standard (without doping) efficiency was increasing. XRD of these compound was recorded. fist of all with adding this organic molecule (1% doping) intensity of xrd peak increased, in (h00) this enhancement was more dominant than other direction, but no shift was observed. After 5 days this sample showed change, those other peak that their intensity did not change, have started to shift to lower angel. we have ITO peak as calibration peak. other optical factor is changing during time too. I did XPS after 7 days we don't have oxidation in our sample. My substrate is ITO, my film thickness is 150 nm and my grain size 400-600 nm. I checked instrumental shift by ITO peaks. My deposition is spin coating during spin coating, we introduced supersaturation situation by dripping of anti solvent then we can have uniforms and hole free film. could you give some keys to know how can I explain it. thanks in advance for your help.
