I need to use 0.005%EDTA for reverse phase HPLC. how to prepare?

I have seen 2 different EDTAs: one is free acid, and the other is disodium salt. Along with EDTA, I am using methanol and acetonitrile. Now how to prepare EDTA as EDTA doesn't dissolve in water as pH should be raised to 8.0, sodium hydroxide or HCL cannot be used to adjust the pH as it is to be used for HPLC. Kindly suggest ways
