Just go to File->Application Libraries and choose some Structural Mechanics Module example under Dynamics and Vibration. That should get you started.

Dear Faraz, wave propagation in numerical simulations depends on parameters like ; mesh sizing, the source (the way you apply the excitation) and etc. if you provide more details about them maybe I can assists you on this. Thank you.
