Identification on the basis of colony morphology is not sure. For identification go for staining, morphological and biochemical properties.

It looks similar to Nocardia, but you need to isolate DNA, amplify 16S rRNA and sequence the product to tentatively identify the organism. You can't identify a strain basing only on colony morphology, as answers above indicate. In case you want to publish a new taxon, you will need to do polyphasic identification. Just look up the phrase in google.
