The area of machining spindle provide you enough speed and power. The choice seems to be quite large... I hope you will find your motor.

A surprising and cheaper solution could be also provided by BDLC motor of RadioControlled electrical models. 50000 RPM are currently attainable, but cooling provided by propeller has to be efficiently replaced in your future system. 1 KW power is possible, at ultra high speed.
