there are different syringe filters available. u can use the smallest volume one but i think u will have atleast 20-30% loss.
You could use a centrifugal filter.

according to the protocol you do not need to filtrate this quantity , if you mean the step "4" for sample you can take any volume and filtrate it , then take the required volume which have to be add to the plat .
