When you give your sample for XRD analysis, they also give the JCPDS analysis result along with it. You can also get it using the relevant software. Because this software has a library of material specifications and you can use it.

It is called the ICDD now. Ideally, the card number should be generated by the XRD machine depending on the specifications and should be provided by the technician. Well, you can consult the Database for reference.

Since you are working on a ternary compound, it would be quite difficult to extract the ICDD number online.
