It seems to me that your sample is very short and that it costing a lot of degree of freedom and this might bias the results.
with a short view of your files, I recommend you to take a look on ARDL bound test and its pre test requirements.
yes i see the ARDL bound result my result is crtical value is high reagrding 1(0) 1(1) at 1% and level at 5% so next setp is nad p value also less then 1
