i) How can I measure quality of agricultural Extension service?
ii) Is there a finding in the challenges of existing agricultural extension service delivery in Ethiopian context, if you have please forward to me.

I think that you might want to consider performing what is referred to as gap analysis.
In such cases, you would ask people what information or services that they are receiving, and then ask them what information or services that they would like to receive. If the response items are numeric, then you can subtract the "are receiving" values from the "want to receive" scores to identify where the greatest gaps exist. Larger absolute values indicate greater incongruities.
You do also want to ask some questions which are more directly assessing quality of service as well. Potential items:
- To what extent are you provided services that are important to your work?
- How would you assess the quality of services that you have received?
- What have you disliked about services you have received?
Have you developed the concept of Quality Extension Services first? There is a term Quality and we need to see into that how do you quantify the quality here?

in addition of getting gap analysis, you can as well look at their need to progress in the venture. that is from personal opinion (perceived needs)as well as the aspect of services they actually need and look at the difference between there status and where they ought to be.
or look at their output capacity before the advisory service (baseline) and measure after the services (i.e Post services) and compare the two.
