Dears greetings.

I have an article that I want publish in one of the Web of Science journals indexed in the (SCIE). However, each time I submit it to a relevant journal, it is either rejected for being outside the scope of the journal or, in some cases, reviewers request revisions and clarifications—only for the paper to be rejected later.

I would be grateful for any guidance or key points that I should consider when submitting or revising the manuscript.
