I need to device a single Rating system for my soccer group. This is an amateur team so I am afraid that if I use the professional rating scale, it will not be very reflective of what I am trying to capture. Does anyone have an idea or a single tool one could use to generate a single rating system for soccer/football. For example, tennis players are rated from 1-5. I wonder if there’s something like that for soccer.

or if there is a tool that captures 5 data points and can generate a single composite data point.
