It is known that mega-scale systems can be modeled in laboratories using scaled modeling approach. As a result a miniature system which is equivalent to the original system can be created. On the other hand, reversed model scaling may be done for finding an equivalent original system corresponding to a scaled model. I need an elaborated method (preferably based on standards) for performing the scaling and the reverse scaling of electric power systems. Retaining the electromechanical properties is of a salient importance to my request. Please recommend any accurate publications.
