I do not think many people would argue with me though if I said Academy of Management Journal and Administrative Science Quarterly would be 1 and 2 in most people's views. All these things are subjective or mechanistic though (e.g. Impact Factors).
The way we know is that it takes most professors a lifetime to get into any of these journals!

Although there are different ranking agencies and the rank for the same journal differs, I would go by Richard's view point i.e. Academy of Management Journal and Administrative Science Quarterly are generally ranked 1 and 2
Thanks all for clearing that up. As I searched and searched but due to the different ranking mechanisms was unable to pinpoint which journal was the top 1 or 2... as said by Richard some researchers it takes a lifetime to get into the Academy of Management Journals, its like the Nobel Prize I guess :-).
