You said you synthesized a novel compound. If it is really novel, no card will exist.

You will have to actually perform some science and perform an extensive search through literature using your chemical composition(range) to find out what compounds are known for these elements. Keep in mind that your phase might differ from the calculated input. Keep in mind that the phase might not be pure but consist of multiple phases.

The answer to your question is in your question: the compound is new, so if it was not studied before you do not find crystallographic information. However, you can try to find similar compounds, having similar stoichiometry and maybe some structural similarity..or as suggested by R. B. Neder search the phases containing the elements of your compound, maybe something fit...
