I am facing some difficulties in getting the desired results of the project.The following is the list of things which I require:
1. Is database already pre-processed with the EEG signals already being normalized since EEG signal vary from person to person so it's difficult to compare the diff EEG signals without them being normalized?
2. The database don't have emotions classified with respect to different videos so can this be done?

1. Pre-processing of EEG signals in DEAP dataset refer to downsampling (128Hz) and bandpass filtering. You are right the EEG signals have great intra-subject variability and maybe they should be normailzed.
2. The database don't have emotions but every session is characterized by 9-scale rating of arousal and valence. Emotions can be characterized by arousal and valence levels (Russel, 1980) so you can define emotions in this way.
