I have made CFU-F on SVF from adipose tissue. It was made in a T75 flask and running for 12 days.

I have lot of differnet size colonys. I can se other count when over 50 cells per colony. But my question is. I have not change the medium doing the periode. The first article from 1980 change after 3-4 days. But my cells first attache after 6-7 days so if I do at 4 day the will be washed away. I can see that i have better or at least as good results as other articles working on the same cells as i do. Is it okay just to deside when to change medium? 8 days will be perfekt but is the okay ? Other groups get 1-2colonys/5000 cells seed it get more like 5 colonys/1000 cells. many articles also just done write anything about it like the dont change medium. 

what do you do and what is write. 

bonus info: I dont get the impression that the cells are i lack of new medium by the look of the medium I also seed very few cells (1000, 10.000) per flask because if i seed 100.000 cells per flask i get to many colonys thay are overlapping and can not be counted.
