Since, both these "Song et al. " data have the same sample size and same population, so when I calculate the total sample size do I add 12927 twice, or should I just include it once ? These both are in my subgroup analysis.
You haven't provide enough information. Please delete this question and ask a new one that details what those studies are (e.g., are their data independent) and why you might want to be adding them.
If you're using two analyses of the same sample, then the N is simply the sample size, not twice the sample size. If these were instead independent subgroups, then you would combine their sizes to yield an overall total N.
