Gold sensor from Qsense is worked OK for one-time use as clearly indicated in its specification.

Actually, my students also tried to clean it for re-use, but later we could not trust the data collected by using the re-clean sensor and had to repeat the experiments. And it turned out that the redone work cost us much more than that of several tends of Qsense sensors .

So my advice is that do not reuse it as its cost is nothing in comparing with cleanroom and other experimental costs.

Hi, in my opinion sensor are construted to use more tahn one time but it depends to the type and the application. Here in my country, we used the sensors more than one time but we always are taking in account cleanning the contact surface. Greetings from Havana!
