I have bacterial contamination problem for my free living amoeba in non nutrient agar. what should I do for obtain of axenic amoeba culture?

I'm studying on free living amoeba. In recently, my amoeba cultures contaminated with bacteria and I'm not obtain again axenic culture. I applied HCl washing to my amoeba cultures but now amoeba cysts died. I have not observed any cyst or trophosites. So, which method necessary for obtain axenic amoeba culture?
