For sporulation the agar should contain mangan in low concentration. This is the trigger for sporulation of bacteria. I have used soil-agar and mangan-agar. There are also sporulation agars for fungus, this is a different way! To get rid of vegetative bacteria, you can use alcohol (60-80% not higher!). Only the spores survive!
