I try to define new material(Ga2O3) in Silvaco, and I start a vertical schokkety diode simulation study base on it.

When I set" material material=Ga2O3 user.default=GaN", the I-V simulation curve did not come, it said"could not load ...log,the file is empty" . But When I set" material material=Ga2O3 user.default=Si", the I-V simulation curve come successfully.

Here is my I-V simulation codes:

solve vanode=0.05 vstep=0.05 vfinal=1 name=anode

tonyplot diodeex01.log -set diodeex01_log.set "

Now I want to use GaN for default and get the I-V simulation curve, Beacuse GaN is similar to Ga2O3. How to solve it?
