As you haven’t shared the p-values of the main-effects (i.e., TC, RM) and interaction-effect (TC*RM) of RM and TC on Thriving I will assume they are significant. If not, the interpretation is that no relationship exists for that main-effect or interaction (i.e., b = 0).
Basically, under the assumption above, you have found that Thriving is different for:
- High vs Low TC (i.e., Low TC has higher Thriving)
- High vs Low RM (i.e., Low RM has higher Thriving)
For the interaction, under the assumption above, you have found that:
- Thriving is higher for Low RM, but especially when cases with Low RM also have Low TC.

Thank you Mark. My p values are significant for the main effect and after adding moderation , the p value for interaction term is highly significant while reducing the main effect .
