Please view the attachment and kindly advise. Some people say use SEM. Some say use ANOVA, followed by path analysis , regression and its variants. Its just a sample of 5 each for the sector (just for example) the sample size will surely be larger. Please advise. The image of the model is attached.

In your case, I don't think that SEM would be an appropriate technique given the simplicity of the model. However, the appropriate technique for the analysis should be chosen based on the research questions/objectives you have. If you can further elaborate on the purpose of your research I can provide you more information.

Indeed choosing the correct analysis method depends on your aim of study.
However, if by any chance you are looking for finding a model based on these variables for prediction, then regression modeling sounds perfect for such data. You may use SPSS package to find such models easily.

Thank you for your response. This is slightly more complicated than a single step regression. As we have one IV leading to 3 IVs (mediating variables) which inturn leads to the final DV.
