Are you talking about longrod electrical insulation with fiber reinforced core, metal joints and elastomeric sheds? Whan do you mean by unbonded? You do not use adhesion promoter between the GR rod and the sheds? Dou you want to simulate the slip of elastomer on the rod by FEM (finite element method)? If you ask more precisely, you will get a more specific answer.
