Dear search using your abstract and title of the work and you will get your required journals.
It all depends on what kind of paper it is. Is it one that improves efficiency, or one that uses a new chemical surface, or is it one that relates to storage of solar energy in one form or other such as in batteries -- and there are different kinds of batteries, or by use of molten salt, ... etc., or about cooperative formed to provide electricity to villages, etc.? If it is original, try Nature, or a journal published by IEEE.
