Using restriction enzymes you can get the restriction map of any DNA fragment, including the phage genome. You can look in REBASE tools for more information or in silico digestion in case that you know the sequence of the phage genome.
After the DNA digestion you should run a agarose gel and verify the size of the fragments obtained for each R.E. and then construct a map. Note that in linear fragments a R.E. that cuts one time will produce two fragments, but if the DNA is circular, it will produce one fragment.
