As R. Zosiamliana pointed out, you do not need to include a filepp flag if you plot the same quantity calculated in the &inputpp section. Indeed, filepp takes as an argument the filplot(s) that are generated in the previous step. This is useful if you want to calculate different quantities and then plot a linear combination of them -- for example, if you want to plot the density difference for a doped vs the undoped system.
