I am trying to FACS sort transfected neurons from primary neuron culture but I am struggling to find a protocol to gently dissociate the grown neuron?

I want to FACS sort at DIV4. It will be great if anyone can tell me how to dissociate neurons with harming them and which media to use for sorting? Thanks a lot
