Software used:
for Modelling: Siemens NX
Analysis: Ansys workbench (ACP, Static Structural)
To assemble the model I have tried it by using Transforms tool in Ansys Mechanical but it's not satisfied the exect position and further may produce connection problem.

Dear sir,
Maybe you could transfer the composites model built in the ACP to one 'Static Structural' program. Then build another 'Mechanical Model' for the steel object and transfer it to the static structural program built before. The Mechnical could identify the existing contact surfaces and you could modify them as you wishes.

The image You can see at the top is the result of Static Strutural System of two Component systems ACP(Pre) + Mechanical model. In which, the Geometry was built in NX. Look at the below image as Project Schematic.
