Be careful Sara! CD68 is a marker of macrophages in HUMANS. I suggest to you to use F4/80 antigen. We shall be glad to send you the protocol.

As Jordi mentioned, F4/80 is THE mouse marker to use for macrophages. Double-check whether they express it in this tissue, as some macrophages (e.g. alveolar) do not express this marker. If you are dealing with ongoing inflammation, Ly6G/C is also not a bad idea to also see infiltrating monocytes/neutrophils.
