In case you are still working on this - The extinction coefficient of BSA is listed on its Wikipedia page as 43,824 M-1cm-1. You can also use the ProtParam tool to estimate the value (it conveniently also gives the A280 of a 0.1% solution). Use UniProt to find the sequence (and much more!) of almost any protein.

There is a mountain of information out there - you just have to look for it! Good luck!
