That is because Scopus website is not updated yet, and it's usually updated a few times every year, and the next update will change the coverage years for journals to "to present". To check the current state of any journal, search for it in the discontinued source list:
Currently the coverage years for some journals (including Q1 journals) is up to 2021 and for some of them the coverage years is till present. In addition, all those journals still under Scopus indexing based on the Scopus indexing list. Does that mean to avoid publishing in the journals which their coverage years is up to 2021? although some of them are Q1.
If my article is published in the journal in March 2022 and the coverage years are up to 2021, would the paper appear if you search for it on Scopus? The journal is not in the discontinued list. So when are they going to update the coverage years?
