I am in the final year of my B.tech and am doing a project on the detection and classification of fractured bones using a Deep Neural Network and AI. I need a huge dataset in order to train my model and testing purpose. I want a hand or leg fractures X-ray pics nearly 6k to 8k. Is there anyone who can help me by providing the datasets?

in the following paper the authors use the 'MURA' data base*) for fractured bone images; but unfortunately fractured arms in their case.

You may figure out how to get access to that data base. This data base may have also images of fractured hands and legs, which your prefer.

As other researchers mentioned before, you can check on paper with code and Kaggle page. However, take in mind that the amount of label data in the medical image domain is very limited. So you must consider this for the network design and expected performance.
If you get the database, it will be terrific if you share it with the RG community.
