I have used the L929 cell line which is a adipocyte cell line known for its spontaneous secretion of M-CSF in the culture supernatant. It is a fibroblast, adherent cell line. It needs minimal care and produces huge amount of M-CSF (I did not measure the amount, though). DMEM + 10% FBS is enough for its growth in presence of 5% CO2.
