'Indicators of real estate market monitor'? Perhaps, you mean indices for measuring the performance of real estate market. Generally, you may look at broad concepts of income flow, income return, capital appreciation, income-operating expense ratio, occupancy ratio etc but sincerely, until you're more specific on which market sector you are focusing (residential, commercial, lease, sales etc), it would be difficult to delimit your expected scope.
