I am going to try performing Western ?blot using Mouse pancreatic islets?

I am looking for receptor expression in mouse pancreatic islets. On the mRNA level they are highly expressed, and by IHC staining they are expressed by most cells of the islets. Noe I am going to try western blot to study receptor expression but I will perform immunoprecipitation to pull down the receptors tagged with HA tag. How much tissue is required to do so?.
