I think in-depth interview will be better but you have to record interview in electronic device and you may generalize data if you take in depth interview of 30+ respondents . Survey can be applied if you can manage a large number of respondents (around 150+ from a city).

Being a sensitive topic and the fact that the culture might not encourage the openness needed, i would recommend an in-depth interview with respondents who can share experience of cases they know about and not not necessarily theirs (because most people won't want to do that). This interview has to consider what is said and not said. A mixed method might enrich the data collection due to the fact that questionnaire might provide the privacy needed as well and encourage respondents to be more open.

Unlike parents in the west Indian parents may not openly discuss the child sexual abuse.

I wish you conduct an online interview using Google form without asking the name and telephone numbers of the respondent .

There are many email database companies which can give you the list of parents from the school databases. Treat that list as the sample frame. use the simple random sampling method to collect the data. Do not look at the response rate. You can collect responses across India. Later you can check data validity and reliability to filter. Further,

Second way of collecting the data is through NGOs who are working in this domain.

Third, government data bases from women and child welfare department.
