I am developing an algorithm in workflowsim and want to apply deadline during task execution. Can someone help me on how to do that?

I want the method to be able to compare the deadline to the expected execution time, then action can be taken. but i don't know where to find the deadline class in workflowsim and how to use it. if any one has a sample code of deadline u can share with me.
