I am adding a shapefile in Ras Mapper but the shapefile is not falling on my river ,what could be the reason?

projection file of my terrain is the prj file that comes with USGS DEM. The shapefile's projected coordinate system is WGS '84 UTM zone 46N and the projection is Transverse Mercator. please have a view on my screen record
