Hi all. I have to ask a question. I checked inhibition of my gene to in in vitro And got a good results. but when I tried to prove it in vivo I didn’t get the inhibition of virus by the gene. I used BALB C male mice and injected my plasmid along with hbv in tail vain of mice in 5-7 seconds and slaughter mice after 4 days and collected blood and liver. I performed ELISA of mice serum to detect HBsAg and HBeAg but I didn’t get any significance difference between control and test sample to check the inhibition. I got good results invitro but didn’t get in vivo. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated
