I am interested to understand the resolve basic facts of humidity problems that are raised in the development of thin film-based sensors coatings, Low emissivity architectural coatings, etc.

Problems during humidity test:

1. substrate having coated Layer will be damage during humidity (After muffle at 650 degrees)

2. substrate having coated Layer will be damage during Flower test (After muffle at 650 degrees)

3. Spots of metal layer degradation will be noticed under optical microscopy and light-based technique

The discussion in this regard will be helpful and used by various scholars to understand the phenomena of coatings developed for large-area applications.
