I am trying to culture human primary macrophage using AIM-V media with GM-CSF. Even after day 10, I still see suspension cells. Is it something normal? I do see lot of adherent cells too but they don't get fully confluent even after day 10. I change media every 2 days to get rid of the suspension cells but they are again back. What are these suspension cells?

I am using the regular corning T25 for the culture, just FYI.

Any inputs /thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
